This is the first blog of our monthly updates. We will post one of these on a monthly basis to let you know our shop updates. This post covers:
- Fourth generation joins the shop

The start of the month saw the Fourth generation of Dayman, Adam, start full time at the business. He is supporting Steve and the team partly from home and in store. He will be heading up the website, new products and business development.
Adam threw himself straight into the shop and the first week saw him and the team install the new Berger paint stand. This is the biggest expansion of paint in the shops history. We now offer 26 different colours of emulsion. Kitchen & Bathroom paint, Masonry paint and coloured gloss.
Planed Timber, Mouldings & Sheet Materials Now Online
We have always prided ourselves that we sell you what you want not the whole tree. We offer a free wood cutting service to all of our customers on all of our timber and sheet materials. We have extended this service to our website and you are now able to order all our planed timber and sheet materials online.
You can order these by the length or sheet. Or if you have specific measurements order these by the foot (0.3m). This is a unique service not currently offered online by our competitors and will save you time and money. Not to mention waste which will help the planet. So everyone wins.
