Summer is coming to an end and its been another busy month in the shop with lots going on to tell you about:

We've upgraded our national shipping

We took the leap and have upgraded all of our shipping across our website so every product bought online will be sent on a tracked 48 hour service. We are moving with the times and understand that when you place an order that you want a quick turnaround. Tracking also enables you to find out where your parcel is when its on its way to you. We ship the majority of our items across the United Kingdom and items overseas on request so order today. We also offer a FREE local delivery service on all orders over £30.

Tool time trivia begins

We decided to start tool time trivia on our socials this month which proved to be a lot of fun. A simple picture placed up to test your DIY tool knowledge and if you don't know then its fun to hear your random answers. A couple items below which were featured in August:

Celebrating Dan, David & Lukes Birthdays

August saw three birthdays at the shop celebrated with Dan, David & Luke the birthday boys. We are lucky to have them in the shop and they are always happy to help when you pop in.

Another example of how we compete with the big stores

Not all timber is created equally but here is a great example of how much the exact same timber is priced across three stores! A perfect example of how we are able to compete with the big stores so save yourself some money and give us a try and support a local family run DIY store! We also offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £30 what's not to like.

We now offer a thickness and planing service

We are so pleased to announce that we now offer a thickness & planing service in our workshop. So if you have any timber that you need the dimensions altering then just bring it down and we can do this for you. Or if you have any rough timber we can plane this for you. Just like this piece of Mahogany we spruced up below!
